Optical registration system for extremely accurate positioning

Centror represents a breakthrough in optical inspection positioning technology, specifically designed to cater to the nuanced needs of the glass and plastic industries. This advanced system provides real-time orientation and precise positioning for a variety of cylindrical objects such as plastic and glass bottles, mascaras, coins, CDs, and more. There 2 different type of system available according to the application: cylindrical CENTROR-L or flat / slightly curved CENTROR-M or in the axis of the item with depth CENTROR-360 .
All these system can be installed inside the printing equipment or assembly lines to position with high accuracy the item.
The HMI has been developped to facilitate the set up for any operator running automated lines.
